Dubai, September 29, 2026: Erhama Lahej, Executive Director at Amaal, has received the Young Achiever’s Award at the Pillars of Real Estate Awards 2026, recognising his contribution to the UAE real estate sector and his role in supporting the growth and delivery of the company’s projects.
The recognition comes amid continued growth in Dubai’s real estate market. According to Dubai Land Department, real estate transactions reached AED252 billion in the first quarter of 2026, representing a 31% year-on-year increase in value and a 6% rise in transaction volume. Dubai also continues to lead the global branded residences market, with 175 schemes, including 107 currently in the pipeline.
At Amaal, Lahej is involved in strategic planning, business development, financial oversight and the delivery of high-value real estate projects, while also working closely with investors and stakeholders. He additionally serves as Project Director at Ayana Holding.
