Dubai, UAE – 29 July 2026 – Dubai Investmentshas completed the acquisition of 80% stake in Clemenceau Medical CenterHospital Dubai (CMC Dubai) increasing the Group’s ownership from 20% to 100%.
The transaction, structured through Dubai Investments Industries, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai Investments, marks a significant milestonein Dubai Investments’ strategy of increasing ownership in high-quality businessesoperating in sectors with strong long-term growth prospects. Following the transaction, CMC Dubai becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of the group.
Located in Dubai Healthcare City, CMC Dubai has established itself as one of the UAE’s leading tertiary care hospitals, recognised for delivering advanced healthcare services through internationally trained physicians, state-of-the-art medical technologies and a patient-centred approach to care. Since commencing operations in 2020, the hospital has built a strong reputation for clinical excellence, specialised treatment capabilities and complex medical procedures, serving a growing patient base from across the UAE, GCC and international markets.
Today, CMC Dubai operates more than 100 inpatient beds, supported by a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals delivering specialised care across numerous medical disciplines. The hospital’s continued growth in patient volumes, expansion of specialised services and strengthening institutional reputation have reinforced its position as a key healthcare provider within the UAE’s healthcare ecosystem.
